Position Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design high-quality creative across print and digital channels, including catalogs, direct mail, digital marketing and internal communications.
Lead creative projects from concept through completion, balancing strong design with business goals, timelines and brand standards.
Partner with teams across Uline to develop creative solutions that communicate ideas clearly and make an impact.
Collaborate with our on-site photo studio team to bring creative concepts to life through compelling imagery.
Mentor junior designers and interns, sharing knowledge and helping elevate the quality of the team's work.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
7+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
Portfolio demonstrating strong print and digital design principles in a B2B-related setting.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MacOS.
Strong design, creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
