Your mission

As Sales Operations Manager UKI, you will be based in Bucharest and take day-to-day ownership of Revenue Operations support for the UK and Ireland, one of UiPath's major European markets. Previous experience working with or directly supporting UK and Ireland sales teams is essential.

This is a hands-on role. You will work directly in Salesforce, Excel and reporting tools to understand performance, improve forecasting and pipeline visibility, prepare business reviews and turn data into sensible actions and recommendations. You will be expected to get up and running quickly, manage your work independently and stay close to the detail.

You will be part of the Europe Revenue Operations team and report directly to the Director Revenue Operations Europe, with regular coaching and development support. The role offers meaningful ownership and exposure to the UKI business while remaining a strong growth opportunity for a capable mid-career Revenue Operations professional.

Note: This is a senior Individual Contributor role.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Build trusted working relationships with UKI stakeholders by communicating clearly, understanding local sales behaviors and providing reliable operational support

  • Support annual and in-year planning, including segmentation, territory design, capacity, quota deployment, resource allocation and target setting

  • Maintain accurate reporting and improve sales productivity, forecast discipline, pipeline hygiene, processes and data quality

  • Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Renewals, Partner and Sales Technology teams to resolve issues and deliver UKI priorities

  • Provide practical guidance to sales teams on processes, systems and operating best practices.

  • Advanced hands-on capability in Salesforce and Excel, with experience using Power BI or a similar analytics platform to investigate performance and communicate insights

  • Strong commercial judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to move from data to practical recommendations and actions

  • Ability to operate independently, manage priorities and deliver reliably while remaining comfortable doing the detailed analytical and operational work personally

  • Experience in a B2B software or SaaS environment is preferred

  • Comfort using or learning AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to improve personal productivity and analysis is nice to have

  • Experience with SQL, workflow automation, partner operations or renewals is an advantage
