From the employer

THE ROLE

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, ticket sales, and dining revenues across this exciting new opening along the Williamsburg waterfront in the landmark Domino Sugar Factory. The property will include two distinct concepts working both as separate businesses and harmonious both a 750-capacity music venue and neighborhood Italian restaurant. Sitting at the intersection of live entertainment and food and beverage, this role focuses on brand building, customer acquisition, retention, content creation, and community / partner outreach. A creative and forward-thinking marketer, this individual leverages digital and grassroots marketing, strategic partnerships, and data-driven insights to maximize impact, collaborating cross-functionally with leadership, culinary teams, and external creative partners to bring the campus to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, foot traffic, and revenue across both concepts — with distinct messaging frameworks for each and consistent brand standards throughout.
  • Build campaigns for seasonal programming, culinary offerings, brand activations, and special events, from forecast through execution
  • Turn promoter-supplied show assets into promotional campaigns across digital, social, and CRM.
  • Partner with venue leadership, booking, sales, GM, and Chef to align marketing with ticket velocity, reservations, private events, and menu launches.

Digital, Social & Content

  • Own social strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, and Spotify for both concepts, with clear targets for growth, engagement, and visibility.
  • Oversee content creation end to end — copy, visuals, and collateral — including shoot management from pre-production through post. Shoot and cut your own content when timing demands it.
  • Run paid and organic social, digital advertising, website updates, SEO, SEM, SMS, and email/CRM calendars.

Press, Partnerships & Community

  • Own the PR agency relationship across both concepts: storytelling angles, media and influencer bookings, and coverage for third-party brands and creative partners.
  • Build and manage direct relationships with Brooklyn and NYC artists, media, vendors and community organizations.

Budget & Reporting

  • Own and allocate the annual marketing budget across both entities.
  • Track campaign performance against KPIs, optimize digital conversion, and present monthly reviews to senior leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years in marketing or comms, with a focus on food and beverage, live music, or multi-concept hospitality.
  • Hands-on with social calendars and multi-channel CRM. Sprout Social and Hive experience preferred.
  • Technical fluency across paid social, digital advertising, website management, SEO, SEM, SMS, and CRM, with a clear view of how each drives revenue.
  • Working command of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma
  • Deep knowledge of the NYC and Brooklyn music, food, and beverage scene, with existing media and influencer relationships.
