From the employer

About the Role:

At Tubi, Producers help transform creative ideas into fully realized, multi-channel campaigns. As a Producer, you bring together strategic thinking, creative understanding, and operational excellence to guide projects from early concept through final delivery. You play a central role in shaping how creative ideas come to life, partnering closely with creatives and cross-functional teams while ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables stay on track.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles office. You must be willing to travel to our Los Angeles office 2-3 days/week.

This is a temporary position.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and other members of the Creative team to interpret briefs, define creative approaches, and ensure concepts are feasible, executable, and aligned with campaign strategy.
  • Provide thoughtful input during concepting to identify opportunities, spot challenges, and support creative clarity.
  • Act as the primary campaign liaison across necessary XFN teams like Content, Marketing, Product, Legal, and external partners.
  • Drive alignment across teams, ensuring clarity, communication, and smooth handoffs at every stage.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of stakeholder goals and proactively anticipate needs or roadblocks.
  • Help maintain creative intent from concept through production by facilitating communication and ensuring teams have what they need to deliver great work.
  • Produce a wide range of campaign deliverables across 3 to 5 concurrent titles - including key art, trailers and promos, motion graphics, social assets, digital/growth creatives, on-platform placements, print, social, and presentation materials - ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with creative intent.
  • Facilitate shoots (video + photo) as needed - coordinating logistics, resources, and communication across internal and external partners.
  • Own detailed timelines and ensure teams meet deadlines without compromising creative quality.
  • Track feedback through rounds, ensuring notes are consolidated, actionable, and reflected in final deliverables.
  • Maintain organized file structures, campaign documentation, and delivery pipelines.
  • Manage external vendors and ensure they stay aligned with scope, timelines, and expectations
  • Manage project budgets across multiple projects: tracking spend, negotiating costs, and holding vendors accountable to agreed-upon deliverables and rates.

Your Background:

  • 5+ years experience producing or managing integrated creative campaigns in entertainment, advertising, streaming, or an in-house brand/creative studio.

  • Experience working closely with creative teams to elevate ideas and solve creative challenges.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and resource allocations for complex, multi-deliverable campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfort leading teams through ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-paced production environments.
  • Proficiency with Airtable, Google Workspace, Frame.io, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools to optimize workflows and accelerate production tasks.
  • A genuine passion for film, television, entertainment, and innovative storytelling.
