- Collaborate with other departments within the company—including Marketing, Customer Service, Purchasing, Finance, Quality, and Operations—to ensure sales targets are met and teams receive effective support.
- Support, train, and conduct client visits alongside the sales team.
- Analyze lost sales, customer accounts, business opportunities, and potential risks.
- Produce sales reports by the specified deadlines.
- Control expenses and monitor budgets.
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with decision-makers at key accounts.
- Achieve financial targets.
- Authorize and approve quotes prepared by the sales force, within the limits of the applicable delegation levels.
- Oversee the French markets department
- A master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business or Health Sciences.
- At least 5 years of successful experience in a Sales Director or Regional Director role, managing field teams in the medical sector.
- Solid expertise in direct sales and the management of strategic public and private accounts.
- Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Very good knowledge of the medical supplies market and its decision-making processes.
- Strong results-oriented mindset, analytical skills, and ability to drive performance.
- Leadership, team spirit, and excellent ability to influence high-level stakeholders.
- Fluent business English, both spoken and written.
