In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering creative, digital and visual communication solutions across Transport for NSW, this role plays a key part in producing high quality graphic design outputs that support campaigns, communications initiatives and brand consistency across all channels.
This role will see you lead the creation and execution of visual concepts, develop and refine design solutions, contribute to brand aligned creative direction, and manage multiple design projects from briefing through to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Services team and stakeholders across the organisation to interpret requirements, develop high impact design assets, update brand style guides and templates, and ensure all deliverables meet Transport’s standards, timelines and operational needs. You’ll also have opportunities to build capability across creative strategy, digital design technologies, workflow management and end to end production processes.
You will drive high quality, brand aligned design outcomes, building new levels of consistency, efficiency and creative excellence in a fast paced environment where deadlines shift, multiple projects run concurrently and strategic communication priorities evolve rapidly.

About you
Your creative capability, technical design skills and stakeholder engagement strengths, formed across graphic design, digital communication, brand development or creative production environments, will see you excel in interpreting briefs, managing workflows, solving design challenges and producing polished visual outputs that lead to stronger communication impact, brand consistency and high quality creative delivery.
You’re recognised as a leader who is collaborative and solutions focused design professional, skilled at concept development, visual storytelling, desktop publishing and presenting creative ideas, experienced in working end to end across the design lifecycle, meeting deadlines, managing competing tasks and delivering design work that meets both creative and corporate standards. Background in animation/animation video and experience in Adobe creative suite would be highly regarded.
