We’re now looking for a motivated and talented Partner Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team focusing on Norway as we continue to grow our impact in the fight against food waste.

Your role and responsibilities

As Partner Marketing Manager, you will lead partner marketing strategy and execution in Norway, driving co-branded campaigns with key partners to support Too Good To Go's mission while increasing consumer engagement and app usage.

Reporting to the Partner Marketing Lead (North Europe), you will work closely with the Key Accounts team and partner stakeholders to deliver impactful B2B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, strengthen strategic partnerships, and drive growth with major Key Account and FMCG partners.

Specifically, you will

  • Own the Partner Marketing strategy and execution in Norway across B2B2C and B2B initiatives, driving partner acquisition and growth.
  • Deliver impactful B2B2C partner marketing campaigns to boost consumer demand KPIs.
  • Support cross-market (North) initiatives with major Key Account and FMCG partners.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key partner marketing stakeholders, collaborating closely with the Head of Key Accounts to identify opportunities and prioritise activities.
  • Collaborate with B2C, PR, Public Affairs, Global Partner Marketing, and Creative teams to maximise campaign and event impact.
  • Own the local B2B event strategy, including Partner Advocacy programs and Too Good To Go's presence at relevant industry events and conferences.
  • Track, measure, and optimise Partner Marketing programs and activations, ensuring performance against KPIs and ROI targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in online marketplace, grocery retail, tech, FMCG, or F&B industries.
  • Proven success delivering integrated Partner Marketing campaigns across both B2B2C and B2B channels.
  • Strong project and trade marketing experience, including campaign planning, execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analysing campaign performance to generate insights and optimise results.
  • Strong eye for design, visual branding, and on-brand content, with experience briefing and reviewing creative assets.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Asana, and Canva; event management experience is a plus.
  • Full professional proficiency in Norwegian and English, with excellent written, verbal, presentation, and influencing skills.
