From the employer

DESCRIPTION

Company Overview

A new-generation real estate development company based in Dubai is creating a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments designed around the future of human living.

The company is built on the pillars of thoughtful design, ancient architectural wisdom, intelligent technology, and human-centred data. It is pioneering a new category of real estate: places that actively support human health, wellbeing, and longevity.

Technology is not treated as an add-on. It is integrated into the foundation of every development. The company connects homes, products, and building systems through its proprietary intelligent living system. This intelligence learns from individual needs and evolves over time, creating environments that are more intuitive, responsive, and deeply human.

About the Company

  • A Dubai-based developer shaping a distinctive, design-led brand portfolio across corporate, project, and product launches.
  • A creative, collaborative culture where Design, Content, Motion, and Marketing teams work closely together.
  • A forward-looking environment that embraces emerging design tools, AI, and interactive formats.
  • A rare opportunity to help build the visual identity of a pioneering real estate and longevity brand.

Job Purpose

The Graphic Designer develops distinctive visual work across the company’s corporate brand, wider brand portfolio, and project and product launches. Reporting to the Creative Director, the role translates creative briefs and approved brand direction into compelling concepts and high-quality design across digital campaigns, websites, social media, interactive presentations, sales tools, and selected physical applications.

The role combines conceptual thinking with strong hands-on design skills. It requires someone who can develop an idea, explain the rationale, and carry it through to polished execution, with particular attention to typography, composition, imagery, and consistency across formats.

Working closely with Content, Motion Design, Digital Marketing, and Marketing teams, the Graphic Designer ensures that assets meet both creative and practical requirements. The role also guides the Junior Graphic Designer, reviewing work and helping maintain quality across everyday output.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Concepts & Visual Development

  • Interpret briefs and develop original design concepts aligned with the audience, brand positioning, and campaign objectives.
  • Explore visual routes through layouts, mood boards, image treatments, typography, and composition.
  • Present design recommendations to the Creative Director and explain the thinking behind them.
  • Translate complex technology, wellbeing, and real estate propositions into clear visual communication.
  • Research relevant references across technology, architecture, fashion, culture, and design.
  • Contribute ideas that strengthen the company’s visual identity and campaign expression.

2. Digital Campaigns & Marketing Assets

  • Design assets for social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, websites, and landing pages.
  • Develop campaign layouts that adapt coherently across platforms, dimensions, and placements.
  • Create digital brochures, infographics, project fact sheets, and other customer-facing materials.
  • Work with Digital Marketing to balance visual quality, readability, platform requirements, and campaign objectives.
  • Use performance feedback to refine layouts and develop creative variations for testing.
  • Prepare accurate, optimised files for publication and distribution.

3. Interactive Presentations & Digital Experiences

  • Design interactive presentations, digital sales tools, and visual narratives for corporate, project, and product communications.
  • Structure information into clear, engaging journeys using strong hierarchy and intuitive navigation.
  • Develop interface layouts, components, and prototypes in Figma or other approved tools.
  • Collaborate with Motion Designers and developers on transitions, animations, and interactive elements.
  • Prepare organised design files and clear handover specifications for implementation.

  • Coordinate specifications, materials, proofs, and production files with suppliers where required.
  • Ensure co-branded layouts follow approved partner guidelines.
  • Maintain brand integrity when adapting artwork for different formats and environments.

5. Image Treatment & Production Quality

  • Select and prepare approved photography, renders, and other visual assets.
  • Carry out image retouching, compositing, colour adjustments, and artwork refinement.
  • Collaborate with visualisers and production partners on image requirements and feedback.
  • Check typography, alignment, resolution, colour settings, legibility, and export specifications.
  • Maintain accurate version control and distinguish working files from approved final artwork.
  • Use approved AI-assisted tools where useful, reviewing outputs for accuracy, originality, brand suitability, and usage requirements.

6. Junior Guidance & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Guide the Junior Graphic Designer on layouts, adaptations, file preparation, and design standards.
  • Review delegated work and provide clear, constructive feedback.
  • Coordinate with Content on copy length, hierarchy, and the relationship between words and visuals.
