Your Role:

We are seeking an expert, data-driven Manager, Integrated Search & Google Media to own our paid search and Google media ecosystem while managing essential SEO and GEO strategies. In this role, you will also drive the strategy and execution across Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube and YouTube TV ads, and broader Google advertising properties.

As our primary Paid Search authority, you live and breathe Google Ads, master modern AI-driven campaign structures (Performance Max, Smart Bidding, AI creatives), and stay at the forefront of search evolution. You bring a deeply curious, proactive personality and a passion for experimentation - constantly testing new ideas, interrogating performance data, and willing to try bold new approaches to stay ahead of trends.

In addition to scaling our paid search and improving our ROI, you will manage critical SEO/GEO initiatives with direction and guidance from our Senior Manager, SEO/GEO and partner closely with our Performance Marketing Theater Leads - translating theater-based goals into execution-ready search strategies to generate awareness, create and capture demand that turns into pipeline, and holding accountability for regional numbers.

Your Opportunity:

Paid Search, Bing and Google Ecosystem

  • End-to-End Media Management: Own the strategy, launch, optimization, and scaling of high-ROI performance campaigns across Google Search, Bing Ads, YouTube and YouTube TV ads, and Google Display/Discovery.
  • AI & Platform Innovation: Master advanced ad features (Smart Bidding, auto-generated assets, AI bidding algorithms) to continually scale performance and improve audience targeting.
  • Theater Collaboration & Numbers Accountability: Partner hand-in-hand with Performance Marketing Theater Leads to understand regional goals, revenue targets, and market considerations. Deliver actionable paid search strategies that generate pipeline and directly meet theater targets.
  • Paid Search Experimentation & Optimization: Lead end-to-end campaign and post-click experimentation across paid search. Build structured testing frameworks to optimize ad performance, landing page experiences, and alternative lead capture mechanisms - driving continuous improvement in message alignment and conversion.

Technical SEO & GEO

  • Technical SEO & Metadata Management: Perform ongoing technical SEO optimizations, site audit reporting and prioritization, meta tag creation, and optimization to ensure high crawlability, indexability, and keyword alignment.

Integrated Search Strategy, Analytics & Reporting

  • Incremental Lift & Shared Reporting: Partner with Senior Manager, SEO/GEO on incremental lift analysis and reporting (Paid + Organic) to prove total search performance, identify cannibalization risks, and maximize incremental pipeline.
  • Keyword & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct regular keyword tracking, reporting, and competitive insights analysis to map competitor SERP dominance, keyword gaps, and prompt share across both paid and organic environments.
  • Tracking & Data Quality: Perform continuous UTM and URL cleanup/optimization across paid landing pages, organic pages, and tracking scripts to guarantee clean attribution, accurate reporting, and frictionless landing page experiences.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ Years of Hands-On Experience: Proven track record managing complex, multi-region paid search and video budgets across Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube and YouTube TV ads.
  • Google Ads / AdWords Mastery: Expert-level fluency across the Google Ads platform- Search, Video, PMax, Audience targeting, and automated bid management.
  • Hands-On Technical SEO & GEO Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to perform technical site audits, meta tag optimizations, keyword tracking, and modern GEO/Prompt tracking across AI search platforms.
  • Theater/Regional Business Alignment: Experience working directly with regional theater or growth leads to turn market-specific targets into conversion-driven campaign tactics with direct revenue accountability.
  • Analytics & Attribution Expertise: Advanced skills in GA4, Google Tag Manager, dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Tableau), and multi-touch attribution modeling.
