From the employer

TBC Asset Management is the leading asset management company in Georgia and a subsidiary of TBC Bank Group PLC, listed on the London Stock Exchange and a constituent of the FTSE 250.

We are a team of around ten people running a multi-strategy fund platform for Georgian and international investors. We focus on delivering strong returns to our customers through alternative investment opportunities.

The role: Research and support the structuring of new products, conduct market and competitor analysis, prepare documentation for approval with the National Bank of Georgia and internal strategic functions, and monitor product performance.

Execute activities that drive AUM growth, monitor delivery against sales plans, provide day-to-day support to sales channels

Product development and structuring

  • Research of new product ideas — market sizing, competitor analysis, fee structures, assessment of potential demand.
  • Support of product structuring — financial modelling, scenario analysis, development of product parameters.
  • Preparation of documentation for approval with the National Bank of Georgia and internal functions (Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations), and coordination of that communication.
  • Preparation of offering documentation (presentations, marketing materials).
  • Monitoring of launched products — assets raised, investor numbers, channel performance.

Support of strategic projects

  • Participation in key initiatives — maintenance of workplans, deadline tracking, coordination between contributing teams.
  • Preparation of project materials, presentations, and status reports for management and the board.
  • Operational communication with distribution channels and internal parties.

Business development and growth

  • Regular monitoring of AUM dynamics, sales plan delivery, and channel effectiveness.
  • Day-to-day support of sales channels — materials, product training, response to queries.

  • Higher education in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in the financial sector — asset management, brokerage, investment research (equity or fixed income), investment banking, corporate finance, or audit.
  • Good understanding of investment instruments and fund mechanics.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Clear written business communication in Georgian and English.
  • Experience preparing presentations and informational materials.
  • Ability to run several projects in parallel and meet deadlines.
  • Progress toward or completion of the CFA programme is an advantage.
