As a Tax Content Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and clarity of tax-related content for Taxwell's products and services, contributing to a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
* Research and analyze tax laws, regulations, and legislative updates across various jurisdictions to ensure content accuracy.
* Develop, write, and edit clear, concise, and technically accurate tax content for software, articles, guides, and other client-facing materials.
* Collaborate with product development, legal, and engineering teams to integrate tax content effectively into Taxwell's platforms.
* Review and update existing tax content to reflect changes in tax law, policy, or internal product enhancements.
* Identify opportunities for content improvement and standardization to enhance user understanding and reduce support inquiries.
* Participate in quality assurance processes to validate the accuracy and functionality of tax-related features.
* Respond to internal inquiries from various departments regarding tax content and its application.
* Maintain a deep understanding of Taxwell's product offerings and how tax content supports their functionality.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Law, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in tax preparation, tax research, tax content development, or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex tax concepts into clear and understandable language.
* Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
* Proficiency in legal and tax research tools and databases.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with tax software or content management systems is a plus.
