The company has grown rapidly to over 100 employees globally and is now building out its U.S. commercial presence in New York. With strong traction in enterprise markets and a focus on solving complex, high-value problems, the team is entering a major growth phase.

The Opportunity

Our partner is hiring a Growth Associate to join their first U.S. go-to-market team. This is a high-ownership, early-career commercial role focused on building pipeline and helping establish the company’s U.S. sales motion from the ground up.

You’ll work directly with senior commercial leaders and enterprise sellers to generate demand, support active deals, and contribute to how the company enters new markets. This role is designed for individuals who want to accelerate into revenue ownership, gain exposure to enterprise sales, and grow alongside a rapidly scaling team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified pipeline
  • Identify and research target enterprise accounts and key decision-makers
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and route them to the appropriate sales stakeholders
  • Support enterprise deal cycles through research, coordination, and pipeline management
  • Partner with senior commercial leaders on go-to-market initiatives and market expansion efforts
  • Assist in organizing and executing events to engage senior buyers and accelerate deal cycles
  • Contribute to early-stage GTM processes, messaging, and playbooks

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or another high-performance environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated interest in revenue-generating roles and commercial work
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
  • Willingness to take ownership of outbound pipeline generation and learn quickly
  • Ability to work from the New York office on a hybrid schedule

Preferred:
