Ultimately, the role is responsible for local brand performance — market competitiveness and financial results — anchored in Takeda's values of Patient, Trust, Reputation and Business.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end consumer campaigns

  • Lead end-to-end consumer awareness and vaccination campaigns across digital, social media, point-of-care, events, and partnerships.

  • Translate consumer insights into innovative campaigns that drive awareness and preventive health behaviors.

  • Build and manage partnerships with healthcare institutions, agencies, digital partners, insurers, and external stakeholders.

  • Develop media strategies and optimize campaign performance through data-driven decision-making.

  • Track campaign KPIs, generate actionable insights, and continuously improve future activation programs

2. Develop strategic campaign plans

  • Analyze consumer insights, epidemiology trends, and market landscape.

  • Define target audiences, key messages, and campaign approach to motivate preventive action.

  • Translate strategy into practical, executable plans aligned with internal stakeholders and approvers.

3. Partnership & stakeholder management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, external agencies, digital partners, insurance partners, and internal cross-functional teams.

  • Provide key initiatives and recommendations across all channels to ensure a holistic execution of omnichannel engagement.

  • Ensure alignment with approvers, internal guidelines, and rules & regulations for smooth and compliant campaign delivery.

4. Media planning & optimization

  • Work with global, finance and media agencies to plan and execute media strategy.

  • Optimize reach, frequency, and engagement across channels to maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • Ensure media investments comply with company and regulatory rules.

5. Performance tracking & reporting

  • Monitor campaign KPIs, generate post-campaign analysis, and provide actionable insights.

  • Recommend optimizations for future campaigns based on results and learnings.

  • Manage agency bidding processes in collaboration with Procurement and Legal to finalize agreements.

  • Ensure all reporting and documentation comply with internal standards and guidelines.

Background requirements:

  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas

Capabilities

  • Omnichannel orchestration and customer-journey / experience design.

  • Data, analytics and AI fluency — interpreting omnichannel performance and working with NBA / decision engines and CRM.

  • Modular-content and MLR literacy; reuse-first mindset.

  • Budget and ROI management for local engagement activities.
