Como practicante de Marketing apoyarás en el soporte administrativo la y ejecución de actividades operativas y administrativas del área de Marketing, contribuyendo a la coordinación de eventos, gestión de proveedores, seguimiento de procesos internos y soporte en iniciativas comerciales. Esta posición brinda la oportunidad de adquirir experiencia en el área de mercadeo, participar en proyectos colaborativos y fortalecer conocimientos en procesos administrativos y de comunicación corporativa.

Responsabilidades

Brindar apoyo logístico en la organización y ejecución de eventos, actividades y reuniones coordinadas por el área de Marketing.
Apoyar la gestión y actualización de información en plataformas utilizadas por el equipo, incluyendo portales de fabricantes (vendors) y herramientas de seguimiento como Jira.
Colaborar en el control, organización y administración del material promocional y de merchandising almacenado en las bodegas.
Apoyar la gestión administrativa de agencias y proveedores, incluyendo solicitudes de cotización, seguimiento de requerimientos y comunicación constante.
Asistir en la creación y seguimiento de requisiciones relacionadas con actividades y proyectos de marketing.
Apoyar la elaboración de briefs para el desarrollo de piezas gráficas, materiales promocionales y recursos de comunicación.
Dar seguimiento a solicitudes internas y procesos administrativos asociados a campañas, eventos y actividades del área.
Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua orientadas a optimizar procesos y fortalecer la operación del departamento de Marketing.

Lo que buscamos

Estudiantes de Técnico, Tecnólogo en Mercadeo, Administración de Empresas, Publicidad, Comunicación, Negocios o carreras afines.
Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas profesionales.
Conocimientos de Microsoft Office
Interés en desarrollar experiencia en procesos de marketing, coordinación de eventos y gestión administrativa.
Habilidades de organización, planeación y atención al detalle.
Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
Actitud de servicio, proactividad y disposición para aprender y aportar nuevas ideas.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diferentes áreas de la organización.
