Votre environnement de travail
Au sein de l’équipe Marketing Client et Data Client, le Chef de projet contribue au développement des segments patrimoniaux et entrepreneurs, en faisant de la connaissance client le moteur d’une vision unifiée au sein de l’entreprise.
Rattaché à la responsable de l’équipe, il/elle agit comme chef d’orchestre transversal des initiatives marketing et data, en coordination avec les équipes marketing, data et directions partenaires.
Vos missions
- Renforcer la cohérence globale des actions marketing et communication : synchronisation des plans d’action, construction du planning global, cohérence des messages, cibles et canaux
- Structurer une vision client 360° : consolidation des actions marketing, mise en place d’une roadmap et cadre de pilotage, convergence vers une vision client unifiée
- Accélérer la mise en œuvre de la stratégie client : coordination des projets transverses, animation des comités, suivi des actions et résultats, alignement stratégique
- Développer un marketing piloté par la donnée : lien avec les data analysts, intégration des insights data et acculturation des équipes
Votre profil

- Vous avez entre 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en cabinet de conseil ou en direction marketing, avec une forte sensibilité aux sujets de marketing client et data.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à piloter des projets transverses, structurer des démarches et fédérer des interlocuteurs multiples.
- Curieux, analytique et orienté(e) résultats, vous souhaitez contribuer à une stratégie marketing centrée client et pilotée par la donnée.
