What you bring

About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will shape how TOKEN2049 and SuperAI look and feel to the world. You will design key marketing assets, all event collaterals, and motion content—translating the high-energy, premium feel of both brands into visuals that captivate tens of thousands of attendees, sponsors, and followers. You will own the regular cadence of creative updates across campaigns, ensuring our brands stay fresh, consistent, and impactful.
Responsibilities
- Own the Visual Identity: Lead the design of all marketing assets for both TOKEN2049 and SuperAI, including email campaigns, social media creatives, digital ads, and website banners. Ensure every visual touchpoint reflects the premium, high-energy nature of both flagship events.
- Drive Continuous Creative Evolution: Own the regular cadence of creative updates across campaigns, adapting visuals for different platforms and audiences while maintaining the distinct brand identities of TOKEN2049 and SuperAI.
- Bring Motion to Life: Create animated content for social media, event screens, and digital campaigns—think hype reels, countdown timers, speaker announcements, and sponsor sizzles that drive engagement for our next events in Dubai or Singapore.
- Design for Scale (IRL): Conceptualize and produce large-format designs for event production, including stage backdrops, venue signage, wayfinding systems, and printed collaterals that guide and wow thousands of attendees at both TOKEN2049 and SuperAI.
- Build Brand Cohesion: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to extend the TOKEN2049 and SuperAI brands across portal screens, app interfaces, and merchandise, ensuring a seamless visual language from screen to stage.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within events, lifestyle brands, tech, or creative agencies.
- A strong portfolio showcasing: marketing campaigns, social media creatives, large-format event signage, and motion graphics work for multiple brands or distinct product lines.
- Equal proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) —you move seamlessly between tools depending on the tas
- The Event Mindset: You understand that great event branding lives everywhere—from an Instagram story to a 20-meter stage backdrop. You are obsessed with how design shapes the attendee journey and builds hype for both TOKEN2049 and SuperAI.
- Brand Guideline Knowledge & Execution is a Must: You have deep experience working within established brand guidelines and executing them flawlessly across every touchpoint—from digital ads to large-format signage—ensuring consistency without compromising creativity. You are comfortable switching between the TOKEN2049 and SuperAI visual languages.
- Figma & Adobe Creative Suite Are Equally Important: You are equally proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Whether collaborating with product designers on portal screens or crafting high-impact marketing assets, you move seamlessly between tools to deliver exceptional work.
- AI Generation is a Must: You actively use AI tools (such as Midjourney, DALLE, or Firefly) to accelerate ideation, generate custom visuals, and enhance creative workflows—knowing when to leverage AI and when to refine by hand.
- Motion Graphics Expertise: You are proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools. You know how to bring static designs to life with motion that captures attention and tells a story.
- Speed & Scrappiness: We operate in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines (event dates don't move!). You know how to balance "perfection" with "shipping on time" and can pivot quickly when priorities shift.
- Strong Typography & Layout Skills: You have a sharp eye for composition, hierarchy, and color. You must be able to work within the existing TOKEN2049 and SuperAI brand guidelines while pushing both brands forward across new formats and campaigns.
