Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Lead Management and Sales Pipeline Operations function. This critical role focuses on optimizing the end-to-end lead lifecycle — from capture and qualification to routing, nurturing, and conversion into a high-quality sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be highly process-oriented, data-driven, and skilled at driving cross-functional collaboration between Marketing and Sales to improve conversion rates and pipeline predictability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Pipeline Performance & Reporting

  • Tracking key metrics including New Leads, MQL volume, Sales Registered Leads, Sales Engagement %, lead velocity, and conversion rates.
  • Drive progress against registered leads from Marketing, increasing New Lead → Registered Lead conversion rate, Registered Lead → Customer conversion rate
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve pipeline health and sales engagement.

Lead Qualification, Routing & Distribution

  • Design, optimize, and manage MQL qualification criteria, scoring, and routing processes
  • Oversee registered lead slot utilization across sales teams and execute rerouting of stalled or high-potential leads.
  • Lead cross-functional programs with Sales teams to test and scale new lead initiatives

Sales Workflow Optimization & Enablement

  • Drive continuous improvement of sales tools and processes, including one-click status updates, email templates, search functionality, reminders etc
  • Reduce sales friction through better lead context, status update mechanisms, and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to increase adoption and engagement with Marketing-qualified leads.

Event & Campaign Lead Operationalization

  • Manage end-to-end lead processes for major including capture, daily processing, MQL conversion, post-event follow-up, and performance reporting.
  • Optimize high-volume programs such as content syndication and web form submissions.

Data Enrichment, Insights & Process Improvement

  • Oversee AI/data enrichment initiatives with strict accuracy thresholds.
  • Deliver actionable insights on lead quality, duration, engagement by team/channel, and ICP alignment.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and lead hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in B2B lead management, marketing operations, or sales pipeline optimization, preferably in the technology or hardware sector.
  • Proven track record of improving lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, sales engagement, and marketing-sourced pipeline performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building and presenting pipeline dashboards and executive reports.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence Sales teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong focus on process optimization and results.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Salary Range

​$130,000 - $160,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
