As the Senior Analyst, Market Insights within our IVS business, you will support market and competitive analysis, leveraging customer insights, research, and business performance data to help inform strategic marketing decisions. The position will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to support research initiatives, RFPs, segmentation efforts, and the development of marketing plans. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, business curiosity, and the ability to translate complex information into meaningful insights and recommendations that support the growth of the business
This hybrid role is based out of our Portage, MI location and requires two days per week in the office.
What you will do
Conduct market and competitive analysis to understand positioning, strengths, and weaknesses within the industry.
Gather and apply market research and customer insights to support business and marketing decisions.
Analyze customer needs, buying behaviors, and segmentation opportunities to identify trends and inform strategy.
Track and interpret business performance metrics, identifying trends and providing meaningful updates to stakeholders.
Support the development and execution of RFPs, including vendor selection and coordination with appropriate internal stakeholders.
Contribute research, analysis, and business insights to support the development of marketing plans and strategic initiatives.
Apply business context and financial understanding to complex problems, research findings, and analytical projects.
Build strong cross-functional relationships, demonstrate ownership, and manage priorities with minimal supervision while sharing insights and learnings with the broader team.
