Regional Sales Manager, Peripheral Vascular, EEMEA
Poland | Field-based | Regional leadership | 50–70% travel
Lead growth. Build the team. Shape our Peripheral Vascular business across EEMEA.
This is more than a sales management role. We’re looking for a commercial leader to take ownership of regional execution across EEMEA, bringing together market strategy, people leadership and customer engagement to accelerate the growth and adoption of our Peripheral Vascular portfolio.
You’ll lead a dispersed sales organisation, focus resources on the markets and opportunities with the greatest potential, and build deep partnerships across healthcare systems. Just as importantly, you’ll create the operating rhythm, coaching culture and commercial discipline needed to deliver sustainable performance.
What you’ll own
- Regional growth: Deliver revenue, margin and growth objectives across EEMEA, turning regional and country priorities into clear commercial action.
- Strategy and execution: Identify where to win, prioritise markets and accounts, strengthen pipeline quality and improve forecast predictability.
- People leadership: Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing regional team, setting clear expectations and raising capability across the organisation.
- Market development: Build relationships with senior healthcare and clinical stakeholders and help accelerate therapy adoption across priority markets.
- Complex commercial opportunities: Lead high-value sales cycles involving multiple clinical, procurement and commercial decision-makers.
- Business performance: Own budgets and performance metrics, using data and market insight to identify risks and take decisive corrective action.
- Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with marketing, medical, operations and other teams to remove barriers and deliver for customers.
What will make you successful
You’ll bring:
- At least 5 years of sales or commercial leadership experience within MedTech, with accountability for measurable commercial outcomes.
- Direct experience with distributor management
- At least 5 years of experience leading people, including direct reports, with evidence of coaching, developing and improving team performance.
- Experience operating in complex healthcare or medical technology environments, working across multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
- Strong commercial discipline across revenue, pipeline, forecasting, budgets, KPIs and CRM.
- The ability to operate effectively across different markets and cultures.
- Fluent English
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- The ability and appetite to travel extensively across the region.
Direct experience in Peripheral Vascular, endovascular, interventional radiology or interventional cardiology would be particularly valuable. However, we’re also interested in leaders from adjacent medical technology areas who can demonstrate comparable clinical complexity, market development and commercial leadership.
The opportunity
This role gives you the chance to combine regional strategy with genuine leadership impact.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Shape how we prioritise growth opportunities across a diverse EEMEA region.
- Develop talent and raise the performance of a regional commercial organisation.
- Work with sophisticated healthcare customers and clinical stakeholders.
- Help expand adoption of therapies that can make a meaningful difference to treatment pathways.
- Build experience across complex markets while partnering with senior commercial and cross-functional leaders.
Location: Poland
Travel: Approximately 50–70% across customer sites and regional meetings
