What You Will Do
- Carry out sales and case support activities to achieve sales and profitability targets within the Implants portfolio (Joint Replacement and Upper Extremities)
- Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales plans and activities aligned with local market strategies
- Identify market-specific needs, trends, and opportunities for business growth
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with customers
- Prepare regular sales performance analyses and forecasts, and identify key business issues and opportunities
- Explore and develop new accounts and business opportunities to expand Stryker's customer base
- Prepare monthly reports on market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and other relevant market insights
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to support continuous service improvement and identify opportunities to expand the business portfolio
What you need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 1 to 2 years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably within the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and marketing within the healthcare or life sciences industry are also encouraged to apply
- Results-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
