About the Role

We are looking for a Presales Specialist to bridge the gap between our technical solutions and commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and pain points

• Design and architect solutions (cloud, on-prem, or hybrid) that address client business needs

• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs)

• Prepare responses to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, including technical specifications and project scoping

• Create standardized proposal templates, estimation sheets, and pricing models to accelerate sales cycles

• Conduct hardware/infrastructure sizing and architectural planning for proposed solutions

• Build and maintain strategic technical partnerships with vendors, CSPs, and channel partners

• Support contract negotiations with technical guidance and feasibility input

• Mentor junior team members and help standardize presales processes and documentation

• Stay current on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and industry-relevant technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions architecture, or technical sales engineering

• Strong understanding of cloud architecture (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and enterprise systems

• Proven experience responding to RFPs/RFQs and building technical proposals

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders

• Experience with database systems, system integrations, and infrastructure sizing

• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud)

• Prior experience in MENA or ASEAN markets
