Overview:
STERRY is seeking a creative and data-driven Ad Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming strategic goals into high-impact visual narratives across multiple digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate is a master of visual hierarchy, a meticulous photo editor, and a collaborative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining brand consistency while pushing the boundaries of innovative ad design to drive performance.


What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and advertising teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key messaging.
  • Develop innovative and engaging visual concepts for digital and print advertisements, including social media ads, display ads, email campaigns, banners, and more.
  • Create ad designs that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity.
  • Optimize designs for various platforms and ad formats, considering mobile and desktop users to maximize ad performance.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to incorporate fresh and effective design elements in our ads.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall impact of our advertising efforts.
  • Work with the marketing team to A/B test ad designs and use data insights to iterate and improve campaign performance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Photo Processing: Model Photos - Edit & enhance raw photos according to the client's standards.
  • Creatives translation (DE/MX/UK/JA) - Translate promotional creatives while maintaining balance and harmony in the designs.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is a plus — but what truly matters is what you can build. A standout portfolio or equivalent hands-on experience is just as valued.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio specifically focused on advertising and marketing materials.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard graphic design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva).
  • AI Tool Integration: Familiarity with using AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows, generate concepts, or enhance imagery.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into design improvements.
  • Global Perspective: Experience or comfort with localizing designs for international markets and working with multilingual typography.
  • Organization: Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle ad hoc tasks in a dynamic environment.
