We're looking for an autonomous, hands-on specialist to own campaigns end-to-end, with strategic support from experienced leadership.

What You'll Do
- Own and scale Google Ads campaigns, primarily Demand Gen, alongside Search and PMax
- Work closely with the Creative Team, shaping creative strategy and testing new concepts
- Manage campaign strategy, structure, bidding, targeting, and budgets end-to-end
- Identify growth opportunities across audiences, placements, and markets
- Run experiments, optimize performance, and scale spend while maintaining profitability
- Leverage AI and automation to improve campaign efficiency and scalability
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Strong Demand Gen expertise and proven experience with Search & PMax
- High ownership and autonomy - ability to independently execute initiatives and deliver measurable results
- Track record of scaling acquisition budgets while maintaining ROI targets
- Experience with B2C digital or subscription-based products
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of acquisition funnels (web2web, web2app, app)
Nice to Have
- Automation & AI - experience building custom workflows for campaign optimization and scaling
- Creative Production - ability to independently generate and test ad creatives using AI tools
- Experience scaling across multiple geographies and local markets
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM, attribution, and LTV-based optimization
