Als Marketing Manager B2B (all genders) sorgst du für die wirkungsvolle, zielgruppenorientierte Vermarktung unserer Trainings- und Bildungsangebote im DACH‑Raum.
Dein Fokus liegt auf Events, LinkedIn und Kampagnenaktivierung – du übersetzt Produkt‑ und Markenstrategie in konkrete Maßnahmen mit den entsprechenden Assets (Briefings, Scripts,...), die Leads generieren, Awareness steigern und unsere Marktposition stärken.
Du arbeitest hands‑on und eng mit Product Marketing, Motion & Graphic Design, Growth Marketing, Sales und externen Partnern zusammen.

Schwerpunkte Deiner Rolle:

  • Planung, Themenfindung und Erstellung organischer LinkedIn‑Inhalte für B2B‑Zielgruppen

  • Konzeption, operative Umsetzung und inhaltliche Begleitung von B2B‑Events (Storyline, Präsentationen, Einladungs‑ & Follow‑up‑Kommunikation, Stakeholder‑Koordination)

  • Inhaltliche Vorbereitung und Moderationsunterstützung für Thought‑Leadership‑Formate (Agenda, Scripts, Mailings, Nachverfolgung)

  • Konzeption und inhaltliche Ausgestaltung von B2B‑Events gemeinsam mit externen Partner

  • Erstellung und Koordination von Marketing‑Assets (Scripts, Briefings,...) für Motion und Graphic Design sowie Begleitung der Produktion bis zur Ausspielung

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketing im DACH‑Markt, idealerweise im Bildungs‑, Tech‑ oder SaaS‑Umfeld; nachweisbare Erfahrung mit B2B‑Events

  • Routine im Social‑Media‑Marketing mit Schwerpunkt LinkedIn (Redaktionsplanung, Content‑Formate)

  • Sehr gutes Deutsch (C2) in Wort und Schrift für Social Posts, Eventkommunikation, Landing Pages und Mailings; gutes Englisch (C1) für Tools und punktuellen Austausch

  • Erfahrung im Erstellen von Briefings und Assets für das Design-Team sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Growth/Performance‑Teams

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace/MS Office; Erfahrung mit CRM/Newsletter‑Tools (z. B. HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp) und Social‑Publishing‑Tools von Vorteil; Grundkenntnisse Webinar‑Software
