We are seeking a passionate and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in both print and digital design to lead our Visual Communication team at Scott. The mission of the Team Lead is to oversee and manage a young and diverse team of Graphic Designers and Publishers who bring the brand’s design vision to life and provide graphic tools on a daily basis to stakeholders both within and outside the Scott organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Visual Communication team across both print and digital disciplines
  • Plan and manage resources and capacity (prioritization, timelines, workload allocation) for the team
  • Coordinate projects and act as a main contact between the Visual Communication team and cross‑functional teams, such as Marketing
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Develop talent through coaching and proactive feedback
  • Establish bi-weekly individual 1-1s with team members
  • Build an environment of trust, empathy, accountability and high performance

Tasks:

  • Ensure consistent brand and design quality across all channels as well online and physical assets, in close collaboration with the superior, the Global Creative Director
  • Ensure and review on a regular basis, that layout, typography, visual systems, and overall design quality meet high expectations, and are in line with the brand guidelines
  • Brief, plan, and manage projects from concept to delivery
  • Ensure deadlines, milestones, and delivery timelines are met efficiently
  • Coordinate requirements with print suppliers, production partners, and external service providers
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of digital design requirements (responsive design, formats, channels)
  • Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all digital platforms and touchpoints
  • Contribute ideas and insights to improve creative processes and outcomes
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Develop visual assets aligned with brand guidelines and design standards

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Graphic Designer
  • Lead functions are a Plus
  • Being a strong communicator
  • Proficiency with modern Design and Project Management tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, O365, Wrike etc
  • Understanding of how AI can scale content & design systems is a Plus
  • Fluency in English. French or German is a Plus
