-
Partner with local Music & Podcasts, Marketing, Partnerships, and other teams to identify and activate artists, creators, and partners that can help grow Premium.
-
Design and run desirability initiatives with clear success metrics, using performance data and audience behaviour to understand what works and continuously improve the strategy.

Own the fandom value opportunity for Premium end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to partnering with Product on fan-facing Premium features and experiences.
-
Develop business cases and evaluate the impact of desirability, artist, and partner initiatives to inform where we invest and scale.

Capture and share learnings that strengthen the India Premium Growth playbook, contribute to cross-regional Growth initiatives, and support adjacent growth priorities when business needs require it.
-
Integrate AI-driven tools and workflows thoughtfully to improve decision-making and execution efficiency.
