- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within key regions, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak and other areas as defined by Business Unit (BU) coverage and direction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial, industrial, and residential solar sectors.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing the entire cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Conduct site assessments and present tailored solar PV proposals to potential clients.
- Advanced in managing CRM Salesforce to log, track and update all lead activities and statuses.
- Identify, negotiate and secure partnership deals with key channel partners, installers, and EPC contractors.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the partner onboarding and management process.
- Take ownership of partner preparation, training, performance monitoring and coaching to ensure they are equipped to represent our products and services effectively.
- Provide ongoing support to partnership teams to drive joint sales initiatives and achieve mutual growth targets.
- Lead the end-to-end tender preparation process for public and private sector projects.
- Prepare accurate costing and detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) in collaboration with the technical team.
- Manage the internal approval process for all tender submissions, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Lead negotiating efforts with clients and suppliers to secure profitable contracts.
- Oversee the timely and professional submission of all tender documents and conduct diligent follow-up to maximize success rates.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and government bodies.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
