SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Content Specialist.
We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for preparing, localizing, configuring, publishing, and quality-checking content through CMS and Back Office systems. The role involves managing multiple tasks with different deadlines while ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process. We are looking for a self-sufficient and proactive professional who can organize their workload effectively, pay close attention to detail, and take ownership of their work and results.
Key responsibilities:
Preparation and publication of content in CMS
Configuration and adaptation of content in CMS for different formats and interface limitations
Preparation and coordination of content localization: working with multiple language versions and ensuring localization consistency across channels and the product
Working with promotional mechanics in Back Office: understanding conditions, settings, limitations
QA of published content: checking content accuracy, settings, and display before and after launch
Identifying and escalating content-related errors and issues
Required Experience:
Proficiency in both English and Russian, with a minimum level of Upper Intermediate (B2)
1+ year of experience in Content Management, CRM Content, or a related field
Experience working with a large number of parallel tasks and deadlines, or willingness to work in such an environment
Independence and a proactive approach to work: the ability to organize your work without constant supervision and make decisions independently within your area of responsibility
Strong stress resistance and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Nice to have:
Experience working with CRM systems
Experience working with Jira, Slack, Google Sheets, and other tools
Basic understanding of HTML, JSON, and structured content
