Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for UPS solutions in the data center market, including finance data center, hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and edge data centers.
• Identify, develop, and manage key accounts such as data center owners, operators, and major end users.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, designers, EPCs, and system integrators influencing data center power architecture decisions.
• Drive the full sales cycle: opportunity identification, technical and commercial coordination, bid management, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Work closely with pre-sales, engineering, and product teams to define competitive technical solutions and value propositions for customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements within the data center and critical power industry.
• Achieve assigned sales targets (revenue, margin, pipeline) and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
• Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and customer presentations related to data centers and critical power infrastructure.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UPS, critical power, or electrical infrastructure industry.
• Proven experience selling solutions to the data center sector (e.g. UPS, power distribution, batteries, cooling, or related infrastructure).
• Strong understanding of data center power architectures and customer decision-making processes.
• Experience working with consultants, EPCs, system integrators, and key end users in the data center ecosystem.
• Track record of managing complex sales cycles and large project-based opportunities.
