- You’re comfortable using Google Sheets and Notion to manage a creator pipeline

We're looking for a motivated Trainee / Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and help scale our creator program on TikTok. You'll work with US-based Christian creators, manage the full journey from first outreach to published video, and bring fresh ideas for new content formats.

What You’ll Do
Finding relevant Christian creators on TikTok and reaching out via email and DM;
Leading conversations with creators up to a signed contract — answering questions, collecting account stats, closing deals;
Handing over clear briefs: format, hook, sound, posting frequency;
Monitoring brief compliance and posting schedules, and tracking video performance;
Following TikTok trends and competitor content, and generating hypotheses for new creative
What We’re Looking For
Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher — you feel confident writing to US creators and keeping conversations natural
A native feel for TikTok — you understand formats, sounds, and hooks, and can tell why one video takes off while another doesn't
Clear, structured writing — you can turn a creative idea into a brief a creator understands the first time
Strong attention to detail — nothing slips through the cracks in your inbox, trackers, or deadlines
Confidence with Google Sheets and Notion for keeping the creator pipeline organized
Experience in SMM, PR, sales, customer support, or other communication-heavy roles is a plus
Experience creating your own content on TikTok or Instagram is a plus
