Maternity Leave Replacement (18-Month Contract)
We are looking for a creative and efficient dreamer who can juggle it all! As a member of the Copywriting team, you will contribute to a wide range of projects. Your command of language is so strong that you know when to play with the rules rather than simply follow them.
The Copywriter brings the Simons vision and philosophy to life through words across a variety of projects. Through their writing, they create magic, tell stories, spark emotions, and inspire reflection. They interpret trends and introduce our customers to the world of fashion.
Driven by continuous improvement, the Copywriter is always asking questions. They welcome constructive feedback and take initiative in the projects entrusted to them. Through their words, they share our passion for fashion and empower customers to express their creativity with confidence and boldness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and edit descriptive, accurate, and evocative copy for the fashion, home, and wellness products in our assortment, adapting it to various formats.
- Create and edit inspiring, informative, and original content for newsletters, digital platforms, and stores—from advertising slogans and detailed blog posts to informative copy about in-store events, fashion trends, must-have pieces, and practical information for our customers.
- Write and edit search-engine-optimized (SEO) content for our website.
- Contribute to the development of communication and promotional strategies in collaboration with the Graphic Design, Web Merchandising, Buying, and Marketing teams.
Desired Profile:
- Exceptional command of written French and a good understanding of English.
- Bachelor’s degree in professional writing, communications, literature, creative writing, or another related field.
- Ability to adapt tone and writing style to the different audiences of our exclusive departments.
- Boundless curiosity, a strong desire to learn, and exceptional attention to detail.
- A passion for fashion.
- Ability to collect, organize, simplify, and summarize information from multiple sources.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, sometimes within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to navigate easily between different computer systems.
