You’ll work directly with clients on complex marketing initiatives, helping turn strategy into action and keeping programs moving from planning through execution. Depending on the engagement, you may support a major campaign or product launch, manage a cross-functional marketing workstream, improve existing processes, or help clients identify new ways to use AI and automation.

We’re looking for a versatile marketing generalist who can quickly understand a business challenge, bring structure to ambiguity, and get things done. You should be equally comfortable developing a project plan, facilitating a client meeting, building an executive-ready deck, analyzing performance, or exploring how AI could improve a marketing workflow.

  • Translate client objectives into clear deliverables, timelines, owners, dependencies, and next steps

  • Bring structure to ambiguous or evolving initiatives and keep programs moving forward

  • Use data, performance insights, and stakeholder feedback to inform recommendations and improve future programs

Partner Across Teams

  • Coordinate across marketing, creative, product, analytics, media, technology, localization, and other cross-functional teams

  • Facilitate client meetings and working sessions, turning discussions into clear decisions and actions

  • Develop polished presentations, recommendations, program updates, and other executive-ready deliverables

  • Build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and ways of working

Bring an AI-Forward Mindset

  • Identify practical opportunities to apply AI across marketing strategy, operations, content, insights, and execution

  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, planning, analysis, content development, and program management

  • Look beyond existing processes and consider how AI and automation can create smarter, more scalable ways of working

  • Stay curious about emerging AI capabilities and translate them into practical marketing use cases for clients

  • Experiment with new tools and approaches and help teams understand where AI can deliver meaningful value

  • 4-8 years of experience across marketing program management, integrated marketing, marketing operations, marketing strategy, project management, or related areas

  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and how programs move from strategy through execution

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies

  • Strong project management, prioritization, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to create clear, client-ready materials

  • Ability to bring structure and direction to ambiguous situations while adapting as priorities evolve

  • Comfort using data and insights to inform marketing decisions

  • Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technology, including how they are changing marketing

  • Experience working with large technology or consumer brands

  • Hands-on experience incorporating generative AI into marketing workflows

  • Experience across digital, growth, product, lifecycle, or integrated marketing
