What you'll do

Strategy implementation:

Co-create and execute digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and meet objectives.

Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve and optimise digital channels.

Align marketing efforts with the customer journey to ensure a optimize path from awareness to conversion.

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.

Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets and messaging.

Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to improve engagement and conversion.

Analytics & Funnel Optimisation:

Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Insider, AppsFlyer etc)) to track and report on funnel performance.

Identify drop-off points and conversion bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions.

Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Content & Channel Oversight:

Direct the creation of digital content tailored to target audiences.

Ensure content is optimised for each stage of the funnel and supports campaign objectives.

Manage brand presence and engagement across relevant digital platforms.

Website & UX Management:

Oversee the optimisation and implementation of SEO.

Implement tools and techniques to improve site speed, accessibility, and responsiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product, sales, and data teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Support lead generation and nurturing initiatives through coordinated digital efforts.

Ensure marketing activities are integrated with broader organizational initiatives.

Innovation & Trend Monitoring:

Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Evaluate and test new platforms, formats, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Recommend and implement emerging practices that enhance marketing effectiveness.

What you bring

Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field - (essential).

+5 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on campaign execution and analytics - (essential).

Proven track record in managing customer funnels and improving conversion metrics - (essential).

Certifications in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms - (preferred).
