About the role:
We're looking for a Growth leader to build and scale paid acquisition at Shapes. You'll lead strategy, budget, and execution across channels, namely Meta, LinkedIn, and other growth platforms, driving qualified leads and pipeline within disciplined ROI targets. This role goes beyond media buying: you'll also own landing page optimization, conversion testing, and the web experience that turns traffic into opportunity. You'll manage a small team and work cross functionally to build campaigns that break through.
What you’ll do:
Build and scale multi-channel paid acquisition strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, and other display and social platforms, Manage significant paid media budgets with ruthless focus on performance: CPL, MQL-to-opportunity conversion, CAC payback, LTV/CAC, and pipeline ROI
Build, test, and iterate high-converting landing pages and web experiences that drive quality conversions
Bring creative fluency and performance savvy to every campaign - collaborate with creative, content, and marketing ops to develop standout ads and experiences that convert
Establish rigorous testing frameworks for ad creative, audience segmentation, messaging, and page variants - double down on winners, cut losers fast
Build and manage a lean, high-output growth team
Develop attribution models and measurement frameworks to understand true channel performance and incrementality
Create the operating rhythm for growth - weekly performance reviews, monthly planning, quarterly goal-setting - with clear reporting and actionable insights
Stay ahead of platform changes, creative trends, and B2B acquisition best practices to continuously push performance forward
What you have:
6+ years in performance marketing, user acquisition, or growth marketing at a SaaS company
Proven track record managing significant paid media budgets and delivering consistent, profitable growth
Deep expertise in paid social and discovery channels, Search is a big plus-with hands-on campaign management experience
Strong landing page and conversion optimization skills-you know what makes prospects convert
Creative performance instincts: high standards for what great ads look like, constantly up-to-date on formats and hooks, able to partner effectively with creative teams
Analytical rigor: you live in the data, build dashboards, run experiments, and make fast decisions based on what's working
Experience with attribution, incrementality testing, and connecting marketing spend to revenue outcomes
Exceptional organizational skills and communication- you can translate complex performance data into clear insights for leadership
Startup mentality: resourceful, scrappy, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building from the ground up
