SHADOW is seeking a proactive and organized Jr. Manager, Influencer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of agency or in-house experience. In this role, you will mentor coordinators in the influencer division, support managers efficiently, and manage organic influencer initiatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable independently building relevant, strategic talent lists and supporting paid influencer campaigns. Your ability to communicate effectively, take ownership of projects, and build relationships in the influencer space will be key to achieving outstanding results.

What You Do:

  • Target List Creation: Develop organic target lists, such as invite lists and gifting lists, with a focus on quality and positive feedback, requiring minimal edits.
  • Influencer Engagement: Manage organic efforts with influencers, such as gifting programs and event invites, to yield measurable results for clients.
  • Paid Influencer Support: Support paid influencer campaigns, including pulling talent audience demographics, supporting content approvals, campaign tracking, reporting, and other day-to-day campaign needs.
  • Talent Logistics & Execution: Support talent logistics across shoots, events, and appearances, including travel, glam coordination, itineraries, call sheets, and on-site execution.
  • Document Drafting: Prepare first drafts of essential documents including creative briefs, contracts, campaign recaps, and reports, consistently receiving positive feedback and minimal edits.
  • Managerial Support: Assist direct managers with various tasks, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Mentorship and Oversight: Provide guidance and support to coordinator(s) in the influencer division, fostering their professional growth and ensuring project success.
  • Divisional Operations: Provide divisional support to strengthen organizational processes, maintain structure, and improve efficiency across the team.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain 4-5 solid relationships within the influencer space, with a focus on expanding your network further.
  • Deadline Management: Meet or exceed all deadlines, maintaining a high standard of work.
