- Clarify release readiness by tracking documentation and acceptance, while surfacing gaps, risks and dependencies across teams
What you bring
- A graduate degree in business informatics, information systems, computer science or a comparable area
- Four to seven years working as a business or functional analyst in digital or enterprise technology settings
- Strong capability in requirements engineering, process analysis and backlog preparation, with experience in Agile teams
- Practical experience with Jira and Confluence, plus strong written and spoken English

- Analyze business needs, process requirements, and pain points related to medias and connected solutions
- Translate business and IT requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Support definition and refinement of acceptance criteria together with the Product Owner, architects, and engineers
- Maintain backlog quality and support sprint preparation and refinement
- Document processes, requirements, decisions, and dependencies in Jira and Confluence
- Coordinate requirement clarifications across business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners
- Support impact analysis for changes affecting frontend, CMS, integrations, operations, and support processes
- Prepare functional test scenarios and support business-led UAT preparation and defect follow-up
- Support release readiness by ensuring requirements, documentation, and acceptance status are transparent
- Help identify requirement gaps, risks, and cross-team dependencies early
- Use Jira and Confluence for transparent delivery management, documentation, technical decisions, and knowledge sharing across internal teams and implementation partners

- Graduate degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable field
- 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in digital or enterprise IT environments
- Strong experience in requirements engineering, process analysis, and backlog preparation
- Experience working with Agile teams, product owners, and technical delivery teams
- Ability to structure complex topics and communicate clearly across business and IT stakeholders
- Good understanding of enterprise systems such as eCommerce, CMS, PIM, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience in B2B eCommerce is a plus
