Our client works directly with Airbnb hosts and short-term rental companies and has an established, verified list of industry contacts. The company is looking for a dedicated sales professional to drive outbound outreach and expand business relationships within the short-term rental space.
Role Overview
The Outbound Sales Specialist will lead outbound outreach to a verified list of short-term rental industry contacts, with the goal of building new business relationships and expanding the company’s footprint in the space.
Rather than prospecting from scratch, the SDR will work from an established, verified contact list, enabling more focused outreach from day one. The role requires someone who can build rapport quickly, maintain a consistent outreach cadence, and move conversations toward meaningful business opportunities.
The Outbound Sales Specialist will report directly to company leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach
Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and/or messaging to a verified list of contacts in the short-term rental and hospitality space.
Build rapport and credibility quickly with hosts and rental companies to open new business conversations.
Maintain a consistent and organized outreach cadence to maximize response and conversion rates.
Pipeline & Relationship Building
Qualify interested contacts and move them from initial conversations toward clear next steps.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective partners over time.
Identify and flag high-potential opportunities for leadership follow-up.
Tracking & Reporting
Log outreach activities, responses, and outcomes in an organized and trackable way.
Provide regular updates on outreach volume, response rates, and pipeline progress.
Share feedback from prospect conversations to help refine messaging and targeting over time.
Qualifications
Experience
Experience in an SDR, sales development, outbound sales, or similar role.
Proven hands-on experience conducting outbound sales outreach.
Experience in the short-term rental, hospitality, or travel industry is a plus.
Experience with CRM or outreach tracking tools is a plus.
Experience selling to small business owners or independent operators, such as hosts or property managers, is a plus.
Skills
Ability to build rapport quickly with prospective partners.
Comfort with high-volume, consistent outreach and follow-up.
Strong organization and self-motivation.
Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline.
Ability to maintain a consistent outreach cadence.
Comfort working from a defined contact list and moving prospects through a sales process.
