About the Role
We are hiring a Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Associate to support a growing U.S.-based business consulting and digital marketing operation.
This role will primarily focus on social media management, graphic design, and content creation, while also supporting broader marketing initiatives and GoHighLevel (GHL) activities.
The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently. They should be able to manage a brand’s social media presence, create engaging visual content, plan content strategies, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Plan and execute social media content strategies and calendars.
- Develop content ideas based on brand goals, audience, and current trends.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Take ownership of day-to-day social media management with minimal supervision.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, promotional graphics, and other marketing materials.
- Create scroll-stopping and visually engaging content for different platforms.
- Use Canva or similar design tools to create professional marketing materials.
- Maintain consistent branding across different content and campaigns.
- Repurpose existing content into different social media formats.

- Assist with basic updates and troubleshooting within GHL.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, graphic design, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
- Strong graphic design and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design platforms.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media content, trends, and engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
