Senior Marketing Analyst, Heinz Verified – HEINZ Away From Home

Location: Chicago, IL – AON Center

Job Description

This marketing role will help enable the success of the Heinz Verified program. You will be primarily responsible for executing and elevating the always-on benefits for Heinz Verified operators and improving the Loyalty portal experience. This role will also support Heinz brand insights initiatives and Heinz Verified program reporting.

The program helps restaurant operators excel while also providing elevated dining experiences for people wherever they eat away from home.

The Heinz Verified benefits suite is designed to solve real problems within the food and restaurant industry while giving Heinz Verified operators an edge when it comes to best-in-class products, equipment, and knowledge of the industry and their consumers. The benefits play a critical role in the program's overall success, helping Kraft Heinz AFH to:

1. B2C2B Partnerships

Own the day-to-day execution, reporting, and annual planning for seasonal and always-on programs including:

  • Uber Eats
  • DoorDash
  • Live Nation
  • Eater
  • Distributors

2. Lead the Execution of the Heinz Verified Operator Benefits Suite

Oversee the operator benefits suite and merchandise inventory while executing quarterly and monthly deliverables.

Ongoing Deliverables

  • Deliver monthly sampling programs.
  • Develop Trade Tools Catalogues.
  • Develop and execute the benefits communications calendar.
  • Manage the operator benefits suite and merchandise inventory, working with the Digital Acceleration Team to ensure updates are regularly reflected in the Heinz Verified operator portal.
  • Deliver quarterly insights reports.

3. Plan the Future of the Heinz Verified Operator Benefits Suite for 2027

Once you have a clear understanding of the Heinz Verified program and benefits suite, develop a formal point of view on how valuable our offerings are today and how we should optimize them for 2027+.

As part of our ambition to be an indispensable partner, it's critical that we're offering the right benefits to deliver on what our operators find most valuable.

With support from cross-functional partners, you'll answer the following questions as part of your recommendation:

Q3 Deliverable

  • An informed POV with a go-forward plan for Heinz Verified operator benefits for 2027.

4. Heinz Insights Execution

Partner with the Consumer Insights Team to develop and execute insights work to inform Heinz Verified and Heinz AFH brand marketing initiatives.

  • Partner with Insights to redefine and develop quarterly Insights reports for the Heinz Verified portal.

5. Partner with the Digital Acceleration Team

Grow Heinz Verified Loyalty program awareness, enrollment, and usage of the portal.

Support development of the Heinz Verified App by getting more operators to enroll in Heinz Verified Loyalty and visit and spend time in the Heinz Verified portal by optimizing and regularly refreshing exciting benefits and updates, supplemented with CRM communication to the Heinz Verified base.

Support Heinz Verified App development in Q4.

KPIs

  • Grow the number of Verified operator loyalty enrollments.
  • Increase the time spent in the operator portal by unique users.
  • Grow operator awareness of the Loyalty program.

New Hire Base Salary Range

$90,000–$112,000 USD

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
