You will own the full-funnel plan and the marketing-driven pipeline for the region, and build lasting relationships with senior security, IT and data leaders.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Set and deliver the regional field marketing strategy and quarterly plan, turning a significant program budget into measurable pipeline and revenue growth across events, digital and organic activity.
  • Design and host small, invite-only executive forums, CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) roundtables and Gartner executive summits that open doors for Agentforce and security-led deals.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, senior Sales leaders and the UK and Ireland field leader to agree on priorities, target accounts and follow-up, and report results with a clear business story.
  • Guide Field Marketing Analysts on workshops, webinars and digital programs, and manage agency and event partners, without direct line management.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have designed and delivered high-touch, in-person executive events and engaged C-level and senior technical buyers.
  • You have built strong alignment with Product Marketing and Sales leaders and can manage a budget, quarterly plan and KPIs independently across several markets.
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)

Even Better If...

  • You have security or technology marketing experience, including CISO or Gartner executive programs.
  • You have experience with CRM, campaign management and marketing reporting tools.
  • You have mentored junior colleagues.
