About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Role Description: Overview

We are looking for a curious, customer-obsessed Customer Marketing Specialist to join our Korea Marketing team. In this role, you'll lead the creation and optimization of customer success content — including Customer Zero (Salesforce-on-Salesforce) content — and help run our recurring customer reference seminar series that supports pipeline generation. You'll also have the chance to get hands-on with AI tools as part of how the team works day to day.

This is a special opening dedicated to Persons with Disabilities (PwD). We believe that diverse perspectives make us stronger, and we are committed to providing an environment where you can bring your authentic self to work.

Customer Stories & Content (Primary Focus)

  • Coordinate the end-to-end production of customer success content across multiple formats — written case studies, videos, eBooks, and sales presentation decks — from story selection and customer interviews through final delivery. You will work with external agencies while owning the creative direction and project timeline, with support from the team.

  • Identify and shape Customer Zero content (showcasing how "Salesforce runs on Salesforce") in the right format for each story, briefing and managing agency partners to bring it to life.

  • Track how your content performs across channels and formats, and use those insights to refine topics, formats, and distribution strategy.

Customer Reference Seminar (Customer RoundTable)

  • Help plan and run our recurring Customer RoundTable seminar series, coordinating with Sales on guest invitations and speaker sourcing.

  • Support hybrid (in-person + livestreamed) sessions and track attendance and feedback to help improve the program over time.

AI-Enabled Ways of Working (Supporting Focus)

  • Use approved AI tools, including Agentforce and Slack AI capabilities, for research, drafting, and analysis. Training and team support will be provided.

  • Share what you learn with teammates and identify content or data that requires human accuracy, privacy, or brand review before external use.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience contributing to Marketing, Content, Communications, Events, or a related field. Relevant internship or project-based experience is welcome.

  • Experience contributing to content projects from planning through delivery. Experience briefing or coordinating with external agencies or vendors is helpful but not required.

  • Able to coordinate content across multiple formats (written, video, presentation decks, and eBooks). You do not need to produce every format yourself; you should be able to provide clear briefs and work with agency partners to deliver it.

  • Able to coordinate interviews and event logistics with multiple stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, customers, and agency partners.

  • Korean fluency for customer interviews and content development. English sufficient for reading global materials and occasional internal collaboration is helpful but not required.

  • Willingness to learn and apply approved AI tools; prior AI experience is not required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with content or event performance tracking (e.g., GA4, Tableau, or simple dashboards).

  • Familiarity with Salesforce products or the Slack platform.

  • Experience conducting interviews or coordinating with external customers.

  • Professional English fluency for collaboration with global stakeholders.
