The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Community & Customer Advocacy team is the heart and soul of Tableau. We bring together a global family of data enthusiasts and help them connect, learn, and grow. At the same time, we share real customer success stories to show how Tableau transforms businesses. Our job is to listen to our users, celebrate their work, and help organizations everywhere succeed with data.

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Senior Analyst to build, manage, and scale our enterprise customer proof pipeline. In this role, you will act as the operational engine—sourcing, tracking, and publishing high-impact customer success stories that validate Tableau as an agentic analytics leader and build buyer confidence across our primary go-to-market channels.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  • Own Customer Story Operations: Lead day-to-day operations to source, track, and publish enterprise customer proof stories across all formats with the right mix of product, industry, and solution focus.
  • Build & Optimize Automated Workflows: Build, automate, and optimize intake, routing, and approval workflows to maintain a predictable, high-velocity customer story pipeline.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Story Integration: Partner directly with Sales, Product Marketing, Campaigns, Web, Social, and Event teams to strategically integrate customer proof across webinars, pitch decks, digital channels, and flagship events.
  • Manage Stakeholder Alignment & Approval Cycles: Navigate complex review processes across account managers, legal teams, and customer executives, proactively clearing approval bottlenecks to keep assets on track.
  • Track & Report Pipeline Success: Monitor story placement across channels, deliver regular pipeline reporting to team leaders, and ensure published assets are properly tagged and organized for easy GTM discovery.
  • Fuel High-Impact Growth Initiatives: Ensure a continuous feed of verified customer stories to power flagship marketing programs and key GTM revenue drivers.

You’re Our Person If …

  • You have marketing & customer advocacy experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, content operations, or marketing program management (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • You know how to run operations & workflows: Proven ability to build, manage, and optimize content intake, review, and approval workflows to maintain a steady, high-velocity operational pipeline.
  • You know GTM channels & story integration: Strong understanding of how customer proof is packaged and activated across go-to-market channels—including webinars, digital campaigns, web/social, sales enablement, and flagship events.
  • You are adaptable & solution-oriented: Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, quick to adjust as priorities shift, and proactive in identifying operational bottlenecks before being asked.
  • You navigate complex organizations with nuance: You understand how large, matrixed software organizations work and can navigate stakeholder nuances across diverse teams, Legal, and customer executive leadership.
  • You are a clear & effective communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead buttoned-up, action-oriented meetings, drive alignment, and articulate clear follow-ups.

Even Better If…

  • You deliver persuasive presentations: Strong presentation skills with experience crafting compelling slide decks that communicate program ROI and drive internal stakeholders to action.
  • You understand data & analytics: Prior experience with Tableau, Excel, or sales/marketing performance tools to monitor asset usage, track pipeline coverage, and measure ROI.
  • You turn customer wins into revenue impact: A knack for uncovering compelling story angles and converting raw customer success into GTM momentum.
