From the employer

We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.

We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.

We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.

Rula is a remote-first company. We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii.

About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Marketing Analytics to lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of marketing analytics at Rula. Reporting to the VP of Analytics, you will partner closely with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to drive efficient, scalable acquisition and retention strategies through data. This is a new high-impact leadership role where you’ll define how we measure marketing performance, allocate spend, and unlock growth opportunities across paid and organic channels.

Leading a small team of data scientists, you will draw from your vast analytics toolkit to translate broad questions into actionable research and discovery plans, perform proactive data exploration to identify critical insights, design and scale A/B testing frameworks to improve funnel performance and channel effectiveness, and communicate results in a clear and compelling manner.

You will act as a thought partner to the Chief Marketing Officer as well as their direct reports and their teams, to help them make the best strategic and operational decisions to help Rula drive profitable growth.
