- Use Hubspot, MS Office, Gmail, and Google Docs confidently
- Handle 70-80 daily calls while meeting sales and activity quotas

About the Role
The Account Executive is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing hospitality groups with a focus on contract-driven revenue. Under the direct supervision of the CRO and Sales Director, the Account Executive is responsible for qualifying and generating new sales leads sourced through multiple avenues, with the goal of managing a pipeline and closing new business. This team member has a positive, confident, and dynamic personality, and superb written and verbal communication skills.

What You'll Do
- Learn products and solutions, and how they serve our customers’ needs – including features, benefits, and key examples of usageIdentify clients’ needs and cultivate effective sales strategies via phone, email and Zoom
- Respond to, qualify, and rate prospects via phone, email and Zoom – with the goal of setting demos, educating prospects, and securing new customers from digital marketing
- Makes outbound prospecting calls to targeted leads that meet our customer profile in a polite, effective, and efficient manner, working within the guidelines provided at all times to create a great first impression to our prospects and customers
- Accurately record information and details of correspondence in Hubspot
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in the ROH product
- Set required minimum online demos a month
- Achieve monthly quotas of new properties signed up
- Work with management to improve velocity of sales funnel while helping to identify gaps within the process
- Provide feedback loop to product team regarding enhancements requested from prospects and new clients
- Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Who You Are
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge; review professional publications; builds personal networks; benchmarks state-of-the-art practices; participates in professional societies
- Comfortable in making 70-80 calls daily to highly targeted prospects
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
- Exemplify excellent client service skills and professional phone etiquette with a confident, friendly voice
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment and consistently exceed expectations
- Able to work independently, collaborate well across teams and take initiative
- High energy and positive attitude
- Solid organizational skills, follow-up, and high attention to detailHighly effective time management and planning skills
- Familiar with working under pressure and time constraints with composure
- Strong work ethic and ability to provide a positive, successful experience for all stakeholders
What We Look For
- 1-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience
