- You work at an advanced level in Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, and know Figma and WordPress

Overview
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll be a key member of the creative team, taking projects from concept through production alongside the design, photography, video, marketing and UX teams. Working closely with the Art Director and design team you'll develop clear, effective solutions to design challenges across packaging, brand development, corporate identity, digital, mobile, and user experience projects.
This is a full-time, on-site position at our Columbus, OH facility. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Execute design direction from the Art Director while increasingly owning projects from concept through completion
- Develop new creative concepts within established brand systems
- Prepare production-ready artwork for print and web, including artwork modifications and file preparation
- Manage and organize design assets
- Collaborate with the Quoting Team to create designs across a range of products, from rack nameplates to knee sleeves
- Design internal communications and signage
- Build pages for The Index in WordPress, selecting imagery that fits and supports each article
- Understand Rogue equipment, how it's used, and who it's for
- Track competitors' design, marketing campaigns, and social media
- Stay inspired and bring fresh ideas from outside sources to the team
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience
- A portfolio featuring clean design and demonstrating brand consistency across a variety of pieces
- Strong branding and conceptual design skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Working knowledge of Figma and WordPress
- A self-starter who takes initiative once direction is set
- Positive attitude and a collaborative approach
Nice to Have
- Email marketing experience, including Iterable
- HTML experience across Figma and email marketing platforms
