Job Description – Casino Marketing (Loyalty / Genting Rewards)

Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Genting Rewards loyalty programme to drive business growth and membership engagement.

Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the membership base.

Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive activities to support strategic marketing initiatives.

Plan and implement campaigns and initiatives to enhance member engagement and programme value.

Support the enhancement of loyalty products, programmes, and services to remain competitive and responsive to market needs.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives.

Assist in ensuring efficient coordination and utilisation of departmental resources.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good understanding of casino marketing operations.
- Experience in customer loyalty programmes or marketing communications will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
