What you'll do
- Run and improve paid campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn, shifting spend across channels as needed

- Study competitors and the marketing funnel to spot opportunities and recommend improvements

- You have marketing experience in a startup or scale-up setting
- You have managed paid campaigns on at least two of Meta, Google and LinkedIn
- You have used AI and automation to scale and run campaigns
- You bring C2-level German and strong English communication skills

What You’ll Do
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Support budget ownership and allocate spend across campaigns and channels.
Scale campaigns through testing, optimization, and data-driven decisions.
Leverage AI and automation to scale and monitor campaigns efficiently.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
Analyze marketing funnel data to understand performance and suggest improvements.
Think creatively and strategically to test and refine messaging that resonates with our audience.
Collaborate with the team to develop new marketing initiatives based on data insights.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Marketing experience within a startup/scale-up environment.
Experience managing paid channels, ideally 2 of Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Experience using AI and automation to scale and manage campaigns.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Creative and hands-on approach with a willingness to experiment.
C2 German and strong English communication skills.
Experience in energy or tradespeople sectors is a plus.
PR experience is a plus.
