Accountabilities

Project Coordination & Operational Support

Support the execution of marketing projects by coordinating assigned tasks and deliverables.
Maintain project trackers, documentation, and status updates.
Assist in managing translation requests, Gleanin activities, and other operational workflows.
Escalate risks, delays, or issues to stakeholders and team leads as appropriate.

Campaign & Project Management

Support marketing campaign execution and reporting across various channels and platforms.
Ensure briefs, requirements, and deliverables are complete and accurately documented.
Follow established processes and quality standards during execution.

Marketing Plan Support

Coordinate with specialist teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign components.
Contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency and delivery quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree holder.
0-2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or related fields.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
