LexisNexis Life Sciences Solutions is seeking a Product Marketing & Enablement Specialist to join our growing Life Sciences business, serving pharmaceutical and medical device organizations navigating regulatory complexity.


About the Team


We are a small, nimble and fast-moving team, so this role is broader than a traditional product marketing position. You’ll work across Product, Regulatory Services, Sales, subject matter experts and shared services teams including Digital, Design, Marketing Operations, Analytics. You should feel comfortable moving between strategy and execution, working through ambiguity, and getting things done without always having a perfect process or all the answers upfront.


About the Role


This is a hands-on, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of product marketing, sales enablement and Life Sciences subject-matter expertise. You will own key aspects of how we position our solutions, bring new capabilities to market and equip our commercial teams to communicate value effectively. You’ll be expected to be comfortable using approved AI tools as part of your everyday work to improve the speed, relevance, and scale of marketing and enablement work, while maintaining human accountability, data privacy, and accuracy.



Responsibilities


• Lead product marketing and go-to-market strategy for Life Sciences solutions, including positioning, messaging, and value proposition development.

• Translate complex regulatory, data, and service offerings into clear, differentiated customer value and commercial narratives.

• Develop customer personas, use cases, competitive positioning, and objection-handling frameworks.

• Partner with Product, Regulatory Services, Sales, and subject matter experts to incorporate customer and market insights into product positioning.

• Create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, enhancements, and new capabilities.

• Align product roadmap priorities with customer needs, market trends, and commercial opportunities.

• Monitor competitive activity, regulatory developments, and market dynamics to provide actionable business recommendations.

• Develop and maintain sales enablement resources, including pitch decks, product briefs, solution overviews, FAQs, and competitive materials.

• Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and address messaging, training, and content gaps throughout the buyer journey.

• Support sales readiness initiatives through training materials, launch communications, and product update resources.

• Contribute to strategic account presentations, proposals, and high-value commercial opportunities.

• Manage and optimize the Life Sciences Asset Platform in SharePoint to ensure easy access to current sales and marketing materials.

• Create customer-facing content such as thought leadership, blogs, one-pagers, webinars, and campaign assets.

• Partner with internal experts to develop differentiated perspectives on Life Sciences and regulatory topics.

• Ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging across marketing campaigns, digital channels, and sales materials.

• Support webinar and event marketing activities, including messaging development, speaker preparation, and follow-up content.

• Identify and pursue speaking engagements and thought leadership opportunities, including proposal and abstract development.

• Leverage approved AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, information synthesis, and workflow efficiency.

• Drive adoption of AI and automation to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of product marketing and sales enablement efforts.

• Apply sound judgment and quality controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, privacy, and regulatory adherence in all marketing and enablement activities.


Requirements


  • Experience in B2B product marketing, sales enablement or related commercial marketing experience, ideally within Life Sciences regulatory, or compliance-focused environments
  • Strong knowledge of the Life Sciences industry with experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, regulatory affairs, regulatory technology/services, or a closely related market strongly preferred.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills; you enjoy translating technical ideas into clear, engaging copy
  • Experience translating complex products, data, technology or services into compelling value propositions and commercial messaging.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing product positioning, go-to-market strategies, sale enablement tools and customer-facing content.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to make highly technical or regional concepts clear and relevant to different audiences.
  • A commercial mindset and understanding of how product marketing and enablement contribute to pipeline, revenue, adoption and customer growth.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where priorities can shift.
  • A hands-on mindset. You are equally comfortable developing a strategy and creating deliverables to execute it.
  • Strong collaboration skills; you thrive in cross-functional conversations and feedback loops
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools in your work, or demonstrated ability and enthusiasm to quickly adopt them to improve quality, insight and speed.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work within our hybrid Level Up model, including being in the office on designated Level Up Days for in-person collaboration with colleagues and cross-functional teams.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $78,800 - $131,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
