What you'll do
- Welcome hotel guests in person and by phone, answer questions, offer advice and handle contracts
- Plan visits for sales and marketing guests, coordinating stays, rooms, meals, transfers, tickets and activities
- Secure signed model releases and hotel content, then pass useful visit details to other departments
- Promote hotel offerings on its website, handle monthly invoices and receipts, and route design requests
What you bring
- You need working knowledge of OPERA to handle this role
- You speak Italian and have a good command of professional English
- You bring substantial experience in reservations, front office or events at a comparable property

Crea gli itinerari, blocca e gestisce tutte le informazioni, inerenti i soggiorni dei clienti S&M e gestisce tutte le informazioni relative al loro soggiorno ( for esempio: transfer, biglietteria aerea, Ordine di servizio, blocco camere, cene, giri in barca, escursioni, photoshoots...)
Si assicura di avere un Model release for firmato, content per l' Hotel, e trasmette le informazioni utili agli altri reparti.
Le principali mansioni saranno:
Garantire l’accoglienza fisica e telefonica all'Hotel
Anticipare le esigenze dei nostri ospiti, rispondere alle loro richieste, informarli e consigliarli, gestire i contratti.
Promuovere i prodotti e i servizi dell’hotel (ristorante, camere, ecc.) sul nostro Sito web
Gestire fatture e ricevute mensilmente con l' uff. Amministrazione
Gestire le richieste da passare all' Ufficio Grafica, da parte degli altri reparti
- Idealmente il candidato ha già avuto esperienza in Hotel
- Possiede un’esperienza significativa in una posizione Reservations, Front Office, or events all’interno di una struttura di pari livello.
- Si distingue per le sue eccellenti capacità organizzative.
- Ha un atteggiamento cordiale e un sorriso accogliente.
- E' indispensabile la conoscenza di OPERA
- È indispensabile la conoscenza dell' Italiano ed una buona conoscenza dell’inglese professionale;
